My manager forwarded one of those "hustle culture" motivational emails yesterday, and I almost replied with my resignation letter. Why do we pretend burnout is a badge of honor? I miss the days when "quiet quitting" was just called "working your salary."

Always remember they are doing this “for you” and not “to you” How can they think anyone with any intelligence truly believes this or would be motivated as a result
Just do your job. If they try to get rid of you now it is strictly based on their numbers, not your personal performance. This has become anything but human centered. Make sure they pay you to leave if you end up moving on.
