Service department VSP offer closed yesterday, when do they start the involuntary separation for that department?

Am hearing 400 or so accepted. Low side, and even some of those will be “rejected” thanks to the half-assed way this was introduced.
So get ready, the ISP axe is coming - first round next week, the next in August.
It’s just so unfortunate to see the organization put through this because of sheer incompetence and impatience of senior leaders. The culture (and within it, trust) will be forever destroyed at the hands of the firm’s first female MP. Hard to watch…
3000 were offered the VSP. Estimated acceptance target is between 850 and 950. If less than 850 accept it, an ISP may follow.
This whole process feels like a black box. Are there signs that one is at risk for ISP?
ISP will start mid to late August. If you're at risk, consider starting to look for new opportunities soon. There is nothing wrong with looking and then having something in your back pocket when ISP comes around.
What information were leaders provided? Just that there will be an ISP and no more details?
There is going to be an ISP. Leaders were provided information about it, but not associates. I don't know much more than that, though.
@ak I was not able to join office hours due to medical disability time off.
There is no planned ISP as far as I know, however, if they don’t get the number of VSP they want then ISP makes sense. My guess ISP would be coming sometime end of T2 or early T3 with likely reorgs. Supposedly if they ISP they will let people know 60 days ahead of time so they can look internally for roles.
@OP I'm assuming you didn't join the office hours for the VSP. I believe they offered 5.
