I remember making fun of Sandridge for years when their stock price was cents on the dollar and holy c-ap I just now noticed that they are outperforming chk stock and I’m pretty sure they only have like 6 employees now. Dumpster fire.

Word on the street is that chk is going to do a massive layoff related to recent news. The mystery buyer sounds too fishy. Why is there no SEC filing and all the stakeholders are left in the dark after the dilution of the shares?
