While most employees here are productive and work with a sharp pencil, some are toxic to the success of this organization. If you are unhappy and your main goal of the day is to spur ugly comments on social media, stop it and go somewhere else!

What? CHK has no defensible strategy to recover from this melt down. At this point nothing but an employment agency with people fighting for their mere existence.
If unhappy they could go to HR if they are being abused or contact a labor attorney and state your case. Everyone in a corporate setting is never going to be happy all of the time. Right now let’s think about our to be bonus and be thankful we still get one even though our stock is at a 20 year low.
What freaking planet do you live on? Positive Patricia, let me spell something out for you, this is a layoff site. We come here because we enjoy griping and venting our frustrations about corporate life, and how companies treat our friends like garbage. If you want to play with us, you are welcome to, but don't get your undies in a twist once you find out how we really feel about the company.
