When our current CEO came on board he began by doing some very good things including getting better loan rates and also getting rid of some departments such as the Corp Comm group. We had way too many in that group and also in land Dept. He was making good business decisions and then all of a sudden the lights went out. As Donald says, drain the swamp. We still have some great assets and we can slowly turn this company around.
If this truly is the case where is the positive price action?
