Looking for another job because it's just a matter of time before this company goes under. Everyone was laid off from the Haynesville play and they can't even give it away for free. Major lawsuits are still ongoing. There is nothing now that can save this company. Next week will be a train wreck. GLTA!

Working for any oil and gas E&P company is a c-apshoot. When times are great so is the pay, but when times are bad you’re out on the street. CHK has a cult following among employees- many of them even after they’re drawing unemployment. But, the company itself has always been a house of cards. Work there at your own risk.
This post is hilarious. You are a complete id–t.
People. The GC has not sold. The entire department has not been laid off. Stop spreading lies. Given the activity level, personnel numbers have been adjusted but not because the whole thing sold.
Everyone still working there are gonna go down with a sinking ship
Haynesville sale set to close on Friday.
Saving jobs is not a goal any company should ever aspire to attain. Making the company more efficient and ultimately attaining the maximum return on capital invested is the ultimate goal.
