Topics regarding layoffs at Xerox Corp.

What can we expect in the new year?

More layoffs? More massive outsourcing? Elimination of some positions or departments? I believe it’s going to be more of the same, just on a bigger scale and that 2020 could be the year in which the xerox employees are going to be hit the hardest... — read more

Ready for year-end?

Are the trucks ready to ship supplies and equipment to warehouses so that we can artificially boost revenue like we did in Q3? Also, remember not to pay vendors! Cash has to look great for year-end.

Companies w no fear of this board

For f— sake Wouldn’t it be a better idea to go get work with a company that won’t lay-off or outsource? Then we won’t have all wishing, wondering, and whining There are other jobs than Xerox and HCL I check in every so often just to see the... — read more

Xerox has no viable 3D metal offering

Vader was purchased, then castrated, with no investment since acquisition. If HPQ is thinking that would be a benefit of purchasing XRX, they will be ahem surprised. Thoughts?

HCL leaked Offshoring slides vs real timeline notices

I wonder how well the leaked HCL slide timelines for the planned offshoring line up to the recent 60 day notices being sent out. This should not be a surprise for anyone as it was all out there for everyone to see in the leaked files, including the... — read more

Does xerox usually give a Christmas bonus?

Newer employee here, this will be my first Xmas with xerox, and I’m wondering if they usually give a Christmas bonus to employees, and what it “generally” is if they do. I’m assuming they give something, since every job I’ve had before has given some... — read more

Has anyone seen a posted Holiday Schedule for 2020? Or does that mean we are gone and everyday will be a holiday?

Sanderson Sardines

Have you seen the way they have packed those poor guys in on the ground floor at the new HQ in Uxbridge !! Its like a Chinese call centre. Anyway apparently the lease is under a year, so you know what's happening next. More news should be swift.

Pre-Thanksgiving parade tradition

Somebody has to take the fall when Q1 end rolls around. Will it be NS? SB? Or will a non-icahnian non-HP failboy take the hit? Inquiring minds want to know. Only a merger or sale can prevent the need to place blame once Wall Street wakes up to what... — read more
