XIM still in Webster but pretty diminished due to lots of voluntary attrition (and involuntary earlier in year). Literally occupying about 50% of the footprint they were in 111 a year ago.

Clearly, the RTP strategy (ie no communication) is to foster such unease about our future to cause people to leave on their own. Results will be disastrous for the business. All the knowledge leaving XDX for greener pastures, systems remain, replacements spinning up in RTP and Kochi with zero knowledge or knowledge transfer.

My company is looking for exactly the type of “talent” remaining.

By my look the body count is > 50% gone already thru combination of layoffs, jumping ship, transfer to another company (HCL model). Those remaining are walking dead or going to Cary where they may last a year. Have a look around 111 sometime and ask yourself where XIM is. Prediction still accurate as Cary is delayed minimally to 3Q if not 4Q2020. Great planning guys.

Cary transition is slower than expected but fully engaged. That prediction is still accurate.
