Topics regarding layoffs at Wells Fargo & Co.

What is your take on Charlie Scharf to this point?

Just curious - What has been Charlie's impact at Wells Fargo thus far? Is there a sense of direction regarding where he is taking the company? Are others within the organization buying into his leadership? Would you say that Wells Fargo has a more... — read more

Working for Wells as a Contractor

Anyone out there as an IT Contractor- Are they honoring their contract durations, or playing games like cutting early once you do some work? In Chandler Az that was the case for a long time- now I'm getting calls promising "Temp to perm", "2... — read more

Eye-opening All Marketing Update

Recent Marketing Update was shocking in what it revealed. Jamie Moldafsky admitted that, yeah, we probably shouldn't have released a reestablished ad campaign so quickly and indicated that WF was OK when it wasn't (and, clearly, still isn't)... — read more

Beware of Chainsaw Charlie

He was brought into BNY Mellon January 2018 to improve business and all he did was layoffs and left October 2019 for more $$. When they tell you it's for good of the company, don't drink the kool aid. He did not improve business at BNY Mellon. All... — read more

I can't find anything on reddit or anywhere else about this. In fact the WF sub on reddit is locked down. Glad to have found this page, does anyone know of other sites & pages where more discussion is happening?

I don't get you people

Why do you keep worrying about being laid off from Wells? Literally every place out there is better than that hellhole. If you are offered a severance, grab it like a lifeline that it is and head out to greener pastures. I'm yet to meet a person who... — read more

Time for union?

Wells Fargo's forced relocations are damaging people's lives. There are countless other ways they step on employees so executives can get richer. Time for employees to organize?

Data center outage ?

I know from experience that 75% of what I’m told is fake news that’s been washed through 8 layers of management. My question is why did Wells Fargo blame the outage on a fire when the fire department and other sources said it was caused by dust from... — read more

Everything You Need to Know

Everything you need to know about Wells is in Saul's email. They've been giving "empathy training" to management. SMH. This is how they got away with stealing from hundreds of thousands of our customers.
