According the email from Saul, Phase 1 of the relocations have been notified. If you weren't notified, you aren't in phase 1 and can go about your life for at least the next.

Today Wells Fargo let go 700 employees in Manila that supported IT functions. Work place strategy being blamed and IT work being moved to India. Resources in US IT also received relocation notices.

Received my notice today. Would have to relocate by 10/31. Decision needs to be made by April if I will take the offer. People are already being notified and some of Saul's directs have exceptions for their org for this year.
