Salary Range

Hello, I am looking at an internal positing. I see a pay range (say: 100K - 150K), how much base should I expect or target? Does this pay range include bonus amount?

Full time remote options

I believe that most of those who complain about RTO will not be able to find better full time remote options. Perhaps you disagree? Don't get me wrong, I like starting my day with a coffee while working from home too, but so far I haven't been able... — read more

Rally HSA Funding

The structure of the Rally activities is frustrating. If you can get an annual physical and do the blood draw, it’s an easy $450 but if you’re generally healthy and don’t smoke, none of the other activities seem all that appealing to fill the rest of... — read more

Severance Plan Distributed

To all those asking to volunteer for severance, go ahead. There is a section around qualifying events and if you meet all the criteria, you are eligible. Specifically, it states, “if you believe you are affected…notify the Plan Admin” and Wells has... — read more

CEO not wearing mask

On the 2/4 Charlie’s corner post he is standing alongside 3 other people, shoulder to shoulder and none of them are wearing masks Hoping that means we don’t have to when we do RTO Or is it a case of “do as I say not as I do”

2021 LTI

I would like to sell my 1/4 dispersement from 2021 equity award if only computer shares could handle the load.

WF exit survey

I retired a month ago-no exit survey was sent to me. Yesterday, I received an email to my personal email from wellsfargosurvey@peoplescout.com asking me to complete an exit survey. Has anyone else received something like this? Seems very strange... — read more

RTO announcement Monday?

COO call scheduled for Monday. Anyone have any insight? Rumor has it they will announce RTO in March. Fingers crossed it’s not true.

Who else put in notice today?

Felt great, huge lift off my shoulders. 10 more days at work here and then never again. Off to greener pastures!

CEO Town Hall - reviving this beauty

For anyone who hasn't heard the "cult" comment, his dislike of football (big whoop) and almost coming unhinged about what we call each other (yet we were ordered to stop saying 'team member' but rather use 'employee', 'colleague' or 'partner").... go... — read more

All quiet on the layoff front

This board has been rather quiet for the past week or so now that everyone knows their bonus and raise. Funny how money makes you feel better.

I requested on empower that I have no 401k contributions withheld for 2/4 payday. When I reviewed my pay voucher this morning, they were taken even though I requested on empower system that they should not be. Lots of complaints about this.

EVP Compensation

What do you all think the EVP title compensation is? In most companies EVP is top of the top and apart of the csuite. Most likely pulling in multiple millions. Is that the case here? FYI I just on boarded so trying to figure out things

There haven't been any layoffs in months

I think we're at the point where we're safe from layoffs due to high attrition. They have found a better way to get rid of us. Basically, show us how little they value us and get us to walk away on our own. Give lousy raises, no bonuses, don't... — read more
