Yes, CPG is horrible when it comes to parking issues. It's funny, they say they have to charge a bunch of $ for you to park on WF owned property because it costs $ to maintain the lots etc. Why don't they charge us for electricity? Running water? Heat/AC? For desks? Tile/carpet? These things also cost $ to maintain, and you don't strictly need some of them for work either. It's just part of the cost of doing business. Parking is the same thing, but they have their stupid little rules and clearly take great pleasure in mercilessly enforcing them. All of CPG should be outsourced. They've been the enemy of the employees of the rest of the company for years and continue to get worse. Seriously, who still believes at CPG supports your LOB? They certainly don't think so. For them it's all about empire building and cutting costs, closing buildings, and BSing the victims about what is really happening. I've seen it happen more than a few times, where they sell a building or refuse to renew a lease and they lie about the circumstances in their official talking points. I don't like contracting work out, but CPG is the exception.

Fun to find that you're being targeted by the admins. Sure, delete my posts which did not break any rules whatsoever, but leave the ones breaking the rules. I see two below.

CPG is the most useless POS group at this company. Id take foreigners, all of marketing and the risk teams over them if there was one group to decimate. Go find a real job you boot lickers!

Guess nobody in this shitshow of a company thought of a parking allowance. We all can't have personal drivers like Chuckles.

Wells does not pay for parking for anyone unless there are no comparable parking options. Sometimes parking is built into the leases, but it's becoming more and more rare. CPG is putting a crack down on those situations.

When you can't make money from clients due to reputation and loss of talent, take it from employees.

Since when does CPG charge for parking? Is it because it's a pass through from the garage owners?
