Short version of the site’s content rules (copy-paste from one of the previous posts here):
- no foul language
- no politics
- no religion/race/ethnicity talk
- no asking for votes (of any kind - political, union, etc)
- no threats & violence, bullying, slandering
- no personal names (ok to name c-suits as they ar public figures, not ok to name a middle manager or an employee)
- no personal info of any kind (regardless of one’s position)
Site mods usually just delete the post in violation, but sometimes they put you on blacklist/block you from posting any further (can be skipped by using VPN).
Paranoid much?
Ok my post WAS deleted! It wasn’t racist at all yet still deleted!
"I posted stuff about offshore efforts and it was deleted."
Was your post deleted, or was it an entire thread? Offshoring concerns sometimes come across as racist. I'm not saying you were. Just wondering.
I posted stuff about offshore efforts and it was deleted.
What is the censored narrative here? That the company is struggling, RTO is a failure, management is disconnected (that is being kind), leaders can’t articulate their thoughts… I could go on.
Admins would need to shut down this page if they plan to censor all of that.
