Any PROOF the current management severance is being changed in 2016?

To: All Employees - From: Human Resources - RE: Layoffs
As a result of the reduction of money for department areas, we are forced to cut down on our number of personnel. Under this plan, older employees will be asked to go on early retirement, thus permitting the retention of the younger people who... — read more
Any hope Stratton choked on a piece of turkey, or Lowell got stomach cancer today?
I would be thankful for either one of those things.
Open request to VZ HR- Marc. Does VZ have a policy to not hire the RIFed employees almost always?
I have applied to over 60 internal jobs and not a single interview. I have even personally reached out to these folks. VZ might select the people that are trained by a competitor than the internal ones. What a shame VZ.
Question- Is this legally allowed?
In Tampa, Florida one network IT director let 4 older citien managers go and kept two younger visa based managers. Can VZ be prosecuted on the age discrimination and bias toward US citizens?
HOME WTF????
Can you say hypocrisy? Thought you could.
