Most of the network IT layoff workers jobs are taken over by visa folks. Radhika should be facing criminal charges for replacing citizens with visa folks.
US based employees (of all nationalities) are being laid off. Laid off workers seem to be training existing H1B's, newly hired H1B's, or their VDSI counterpart. I know of no H1B's that have been laid off.
If you are in the states and have a #h1b visa they will not lay you off
They are not replacing with H1Bs, they are sending the jobs to VDSI in India.
Actually, they are laying off Americans and keeping H1Bs
