Layoff is certainly not my biggest concern

Verizon cares about Ukraine

Of course Verizon cares about Ukraine! It’s a country known for outsourced cheap IT labor. Probably care about Ukraine more than their own employees.

Degradation

I thought I did the right thing by coming here. Now it turns out that I came here from a company that was better than this. There is always some high school drama here. I'm really sick of it. I hope not many people made the same mistake as I did by... — read more

Underpaid - how to request raise

BPI sucked this year. Time to take action.

After 7 years with the company, they give me a performing rating and only 1.5% raise. I reached out to a union rep and they’re supposed to get in touch with me. Sc--w Verizon and their cr---y pay raises. I’ll keep you all updated.

Pay base increase

How much pay base increase did you get this year? Got 4.25% raise but inflation is 30% higher. This is ridiculous.
