BS

You realize every faculty member and at least half the staff is more academically qualified than the President with his undergraduate degree. Not a good omen for a University.

Even teaching at the local campus is a drag

Enrollment numbers at University of Phoenix

Former faculty, you are correct that enrollment was once close to 500,000. The last reported public release showed about 140,000, but the quarterly new enrollment is now around 18,000. My best guess is that UOP will level out at enrollment of 60,000... — read more

Good luck today

If the rumored layoffs happen today - good luck. Being laid off from UOPX has been a good thing. I work in a better environment now. It's hard to be told you aren't wanted anymore, but the grass is so much better elsewhere.
