Sheep. There are rules that UOP can't circumvent regarding Financial Aid. You actually filled out a form in which it's asked how much loans you want to take out, if any. No one is forcing you or anyone to take the max. There are also grade level limits, and you can only be awarded up to the COA. Those rules are standard for all schools offering loans. More than likely you took out the most you were eligible to take, and now feel worried to have to pay it back. Don't blame that on your employer, that was your decision.

Those are federal aid rules. UoPX isn't allowed to tell you how much FA to take, and doesan't want you to take those but can't keep you from doing it. Nothing illegal about it. You max it, it's on you. It's not like you needed it to pay for school.
