So there's a solid rumor going around that internal cs and tech will be rebadged to a PSO Vendor. VPs will not confirm or deny this claim, and from a company standpoint this just happened with the stores going to indirect. Seems to me like this can happen as Sprint and AT&T both have done this in the past. This would be wild if it happened.

I'm sure training would still get done, you'd just be employed by a 3rd party. Retail did it, not sure why CS wouldn't too.
