I just would like to normalize effective communication. OP assumes that everybody is on this Town Hall but this town hall was not bank-wide.

What business line area was this town hall in?

@cd The recordings are usually not made available same day. And yes, it's widely known that they delete questions and comments they don't like from PollEV. That's why PollEV is going away. They don't want to hear from us.

What town hall was this? If anyone is pushing a political position to employees, it needs to be reported. They can encourage voting and being engaged but not a political agenda, for either side.

So the Bank that offshore jobs to India and treats American workers like disposable garbage wants us to vote Republican and worship the god named Trump.

@am the best part was after a 30 minute Trump su-k session they were like "also his approval is historically low" can't make this sh-t up.

Clearly the Trump administration is doing great things that will work in favor of the bank. However you can tell they are not happy about the credit card interest rate being lowered.

Anyone know if the bank does well with their interest rates?

I am completely disgusted by the 30 minute “we love republicans” essay. It sort of felt like they were trying to convince us that republicans are good and democrats are bad. But no matter which side of the debate you sit on this has no place at the workplace. Hope someone gave her a napkin for all that Cheeto on her mouth

I feel like it will be like all calls. “we are great, best quarter ever, people love working here, etc.” Meanwhile being completely tone deaf to feedback and planning layoffs in the background because “we gotta keep the stakeholders happy.” Oh and AI - you gotta use it no matter what.
