April 25 is the day...

Minor haircut coming next week to multiple BU teams. No mass layoff but more focus on synergies, redundant positions and pressure on Opex targets to improve P&L. If you feel you've been left out lately you could be on the layoff dinner plate.

Nice to know

I am very sorry for all those affected. Now that I personally know people who were laid off, and whose performance has always been great, I've decided not to put in so much effort anymore. Why continue to bring myself to the brink of exhaustion? No... — read more

Outsourcing comes with its own challenges

My problem is that almost every company I have applied to has a tendency towards mass outsourcing. There is almost no company that does not do that. On the other hand, I do not intend to stay here to find out that my job will be outsourced. It's a... — read more

Losing customers

It is terrible that leadership cannot find a way to stop the company from rapidly losing customers. Admittedly, I'm not even sure if it can be stopped at all? Any thoughts? Once the trust is lost, it is lost forever.
