In a company of 70k... you might be a valuable employee but we are all replaceable. Once you start to believe a company can't survive without you, you should also believe they have already figured it out. Always look out for your own future!
They wouldn't lay you off though. They prefer the "drive you crazy, so you quit yourself" route.
Facts are fact unfortunately. We are all replaceable and the business will survive without us. It's up to each of us to make decisions for our future. Find another job or start thinking about your future and what you'll be doing at NTM or another business.

It's funny but it seems the people who don't want to be laid off are getting laid off and the ones that want to be laid off are not.
I think that is called irony.
