Unfortunately having lost almost 5 million customers this quarter things are going to be tight. Hopefully the reorg will stop the bleeding.
Why is anyone surprised. Business is a mess. We lost a ton of customers this quarter because of poor leadership. If you are worried about your job go find a new one. Lots of places hiring now all you need is a pulse.
Yes. This is going to turn into global care and telesales filing customer mistreats on stores at the drop of a hat. If you’re running a store, you’re about to see your workload increase threefold. But hey, we’ve got too many managers anyway, gotta drive some out.
