The last two years, perhaps even more, have been so difficult for me here that I started wondering why I even applied for a job here in the first place.
It is amazing how many employees here now want to be cut because they despise working in a company like this. If I were the leader, I would be ashamed of that. But our leadership is so detached from reality that it wouldn’t surprise me if they were convinced they are doing a great job?

Leadership clueless...surveys have been dismal and they don't seem to know why lol
well first off the managers at T-Mobile are not leaders. they are simply managers regardless of whatever they refer to themselves as.
second, the managers are constantly in direct conflict with their subordinates which has always created hostility within the workplace.
third, they are sociopaths. this actually explains a lot!
fourth, they are liars. they lie to you, they lie to their managers, and they lie to themselves.
