Make the rest of us full time, give us a pay raise and call it a day. That's what I'm hoping for.

Instead of raises they should be trying to hire people. We have close to 30 open positions. Makes every day so much fun.

Michigan is short staffed and managers get paid more than the should. The store is top heavy with management and they are lazy this leave the few employees who do work busting their tail with no raise.

It is very disappointing to learn that people are being hired in at higher hourly wages than tenured employees doing the same jobs. It's disrespectful and hurtful!!!

So the only leads not getting a pay raise are the marketing leads.

What comp level did you start at, and what has the path been to your current comp level?

How is it fair that the fresh leads will be making more than some managers?? Also, how about the years of services both leads and managers that have put in.
