So i am i right we are not getting a pay raise. This is so wrong in many ways.

I do lead work but not the pay and no raise for me. We have a few leads that are lazy as sh**.
Fresh leads 21 a hour front line 18 a hour for leads. Meat lead 24 a hour
The only thing coming is the new hires will start out at a higher wage
Please tell if you know something..
More changes are coming. We all will just have to be patient.
