I get the competitive side being razor focused for the future. It’s the constant moves changing the way we do business everyday. This is the uncertainty that our people that we lead feel. The constant never knowing when the other shoe will drop. It’s hard as a manager to come in and give a company 100% and 70 plus hours weekly, never knowing who’s next. I’ve missed so many family outings reunions for a company that would terminate if it suited their purpose. I signed up for 45 hours a week not 80. It’s like the company is sitting us up for failure now the new wage hell I’m stepping down, I can make more money than a manager and no stress. I don’t see the hourly folks sweating when planes are landing ridiculous.

My mgmt opinion,

All changes being made have been business modeled out for the longevity and continuance of the company ... As a top retailer in the world and to continue being competitive with giants like Amazon Costco etc., this company will be ever evolving, and the transition stages will be TOUGH... Its all about survival and adapting. The change will happen with us or without us... improvise, adapt, and overcome
