I once was a Marketing Lead. I decided to leave an transition to another company. Glad I made the decision to leave Sam's Fake Club. The best decision I ever made. Do you think this company cares about what's going on NO!!!! My advice for ALL MARKETING LEADS IS to go somewhere, where you are appreciated .

I did the same. I was bakery lead. Our club closed mad I ran! Best choice of my life! I know they all got great raises but I got my sanity. You could not pay me enough to put up with that stress again. Work and family life are great now. I'm not even jealous of the raises. I know that a ton of misery comes with it. No thank you.
