Had I known I had to be a brown noser and a yes man to get the days off I requested I would have started years ago. Oh wait that isnt me. I figured hard work and longevity with this company were enough. Guess not. Writing is on the wall anyways. This isnt going to work.

You are so very right. I was on the door for two years so I was not inside the club to see all the butt kissing going on. Now that I am a floor associate I see how they get their undeserved promotions. Hard work, being on time and volunteering for extra jobs means nothing to them.
