I'm a director who got approved with an exit date of December 2026. However, I was expecting to leave 9/4/26. We have a State audit in November so I understand why they extended my date. Any director or VP level tried or going to ask for an earlier exit date ? I am actively interviewing for my next role so I would love to accept the new role and get my severance. With all the company layoffs it's going to be harder to find a new role in December.

@OP it may be a blessing tax wise if you get your severance pay in 2027 rather than in 2026
@bg CNET, POLICIES, CENTENE POLICIES IN ARCHER
Good luck in your Archer searching.
Wth is archer and why can’t I access the policy and procedures
@OP I had outreached regarding negotiating the VSP when it was first announced on a few topics within the proposed statement. The VSP call center rep stated there was no negotiating Centene’s proposed offer on any portion. As my questions were a bit different than your question, I would think you could at least try.
I’m trying to stay longer. But it’s all good no matter how it works out. Centene has been good to me for 20 years, so I’m grateful.
@OP best wishes. Never hurts to try but I would be surprised if they do negotiate it.
