@ak I had heard this too. smaller numbers so not to have to report WARN in various states.

Now in English:

Not sure about frontier - but Nancy’s org is about to get hit hard. Target = 600 people. 60% of Band 5 to be cut.

This a the latest chapter of the playbook that’s been in motion since last fall. Leaders are cowards, lying through their teeth. It won’t be any better on the other side of the cuts. Eliminating all the top paid band5 employees will effectively reset the payband significantly lower resulting in systemic, long lasting devaluing of the remaining employees. Its simplicity in motion!

Next larger RIF will be June 16th with July 17th exit date. This round will impact Frontier disproportionately.
As a reminder: If you want to volunteer for a package please talk to your senior leader and they will help.

I hope they can do it fast so that everybody can go on with their lives, whether RIFed or not.

It will actually also help the business tremendously as remaining employees can settle down and will stop thinking about RIFs and just focus on work.

@OP massive ones are a thing of the past. The "Transformation" happening is going org by org, team by team...small cuts here and there every month or so....it adds up when you look back a couple of years from now
