Things at Nike have been looking up a bit lately, and I’m feeling a little more hopeful. However, I’m still on the lookout for something better, and I’m not planning to stop anytime soon. Quitting is definitely still on my mind.

I wonder for how long we’ll have to wait for roles to fill or for the team to reorganize. The way we have been dysfunctional since layoffs is unsustainable.

The long anticipated and awaited geo reorg will happen in calendar Q1 instead of in 2024. this is in large part because CS will be given a new role but that new role, a person holds now (who is terrible) and they are forcing out....
