Especially those who’ve been at Nike for years. The magic is gone, and it’s not coming back. Even if everything else were somehow going well, leadership is too old and out of touch to come up with smart strategy or products people actually want. But nothing is going well. What’s left is a slow, brutal process of cutting the workforce into oblivion, squeezing out whatever’s left before shutting it all down. Prove me wrong, but I don’t see a single bright spot.

Went to a competitor, culture is great. Sometimes I check in here to see if it’s still toxic or not. But yeah the grass is actually greener for anything thinking about leaving.

Use the education benefit. Get certifications that will help with your next career step. Interview like crazy but BE PICKY, only leave when you struck gold.
