The ELT looks awful - all male and stale! *apart from Pat from HR. Where is the young blood? This doesn’t look like a dynamic team at all.

I get that he needs to speak to some of the positives but to say that 2025 has been off to a good start is not appropriate. We've had 2 RIFs, Kevin. That's not a great start. Get off your high horse please and get real.
