Thread regarding Illumina Inc. layoffs

ELT and Senior Leaders are awfully quiet

I understand no news is good news but seems like the leadership is hiding and it’s crickets.

Oh no, so the company is rewarding people who are disproportionately bringing in revenue…?!? The horror! Seriously, this is the last thing people should be whimpering about.

WOW!!! I wonder how much all that is costing. Anyone brave enough to mention this at our next company meeting?

True. Top sales performers were invited to this very fancy 5 star trip.

That’s because a lot of them are swanning around in Morocco this week for the annual elite trip. Apparently they have fun activities like hot air balloon rides planned, all the while people are reeling from the latest RUF. So tone deaf and out of touch

The company is sailing under a perfect storm.
Shrinking the customers
currently there is a maximization of profits from rent of position. in the european market this determines a huge transfer of margin to the corporate which contributes to the reputation of a company that extorts from customers. despite this the losses are enormous.
