Mid-December Layoffs

If Humana announces lay offs in mid to end of October 60 days from then would be mid-end of December. Meaning no Christmas or New Years day pay. I think that's what is being said in previous posts. I've never received any kind of bonus with Humana... — read more

22 or 100....restricted states question

RNs and SSs next round??

There is no way RNs and SSs won't be impacted the next round with this new telemodularity system moving the majority of members to 'monitored' status. RN rosters are low and getting lower and SS focus is on working down the queue (which coaches... — read more

More members moved to new care managers overnight

Early Retirment and Layoffs

Humana will be offering early retirement. The early retirement will not be enough to offset the savings required to be met by RIF. They will be laying off company-wide. It's going to be really substantial. Coming in the next 60 days.
