Anyone else hearing anything about HLE and TNC closures this month?

Horrible that they would rather cut reservations for dtg. Starve out the agents from a work life balance and force them to do doubles just to survive.

I know the sales agents on the dtag side are not making any money the last few months and alot of agents want to jump ship but will Hertz get better in the near future?

I am hearing whispers that layoffs are in the works for the end of this month. Q2 results were ugly.

OverTime is most likely coming back Q1 of 2025 with the possibilities of raises.

Low performers promoted. They could not perform at their current job, but because we like them, we promoted them. What could go wrong here? Oh the irony.

Overheard the location Midlothian Virginia is getting rid of the Uber platform. I know other locations in Virginia have basically been short on TNC rental cars. It’s like TNC is falling apart.

Hearing that utility is being hit. Drivers are also getting reduced hours, at least that’s the rumor. Any updates?

GMs tasked with laying off employees and closing branches. East Coast started 8/22. Rumor that some GMs and above will be also laid off next week. Severance is being paid.

anybody with hertz for a while? I've been her two years now and this is the easiest job i ever had in my life. i don't want to leave but with all these cuts and no OT really has me concerned for the future of the company.

No more closures they are opening hiring positions to help being short staff. Talk about giving front line employees $2 pay raise . Good times are coming.

40 individuals in all departments laidoff. Who thinks of these idioacracy ideas. Over work the poor souls still in the positions they are and have less help. Nps is focus but that don't pay the rent.
