Thanks to no raises for middle management in over two years-no Christmas bonus ever—oh wait that $25.
Many of us people who show up at the operation every day aren’t having a Christmas this year because we haven’t gotten raises in years and were told we’re lucky to have a job.
Bahhh freaking humbug to all the directors and above!
To top it off, we got constant email reminders-“Hey don’t forget to use your $25” as a reminder on how much top management is so far removed and don’t care about their people.
I bet your Christmas trees are surrounded by gifts and you’re enjoying vacations.

The new execs coming in are smart. It’s public - look it up. Just like scher, they got their bonuses upfront but this time, more cash and not just in shares. Milk in more more by traveling on 1st class to go to car shows, races and supporting their personal businesses like the brewery. The new hertz 500 is the combined 500 years of experience and friendship they share with each other. This is paid retirement, kids. They are frickin geniuses!
Gil and friends: We Love to Fly and It Shows. They are “On Top of the World” and they “Keep Climbing” on top of all of us little guys.

As usual those who work hard everyday in the field dealing with customers get crapped on. I am sure they had one he-l of a party at Estero. Drinks were flowing most mingled in the office all day and no work was done. Mean while back at the locations we get nothing. Actions speak louder than words so Gil save your cheerleading empty words on your visits. We may be smiling in your face but deep down we see you for what you are.
CEO to self: how can I sweat the assets for my own financial gain? Unless you are ex-delta, no one gets a raise or bonus. Hmmmm let’s throw a party at my brewery. Conflict of interest? Nah!!! Keep it flowing into my pockets… I need a bonus for putting up with these non-delta id--ts… going back to basics, baby
