I know the sales agents on the dtag side are not making any money the last few months and alot of agents want to jump ship but will Hertz get better in the near future?

Unfortunately DTG is worthless on the market. No one would want them.
There is no hope in the future. Looking at the last 5 years and churn of leadership that tells you the board is not interested in a long term plan. Instead its focused on getting their buddies cushy 2 year stints at Hertz to line their pockets. Each new CEO will hire their own consulting company to undo what the last consulting company did.
