I made it through 3 rounds of layoffs. After the last one I think I used up all my lives and started looking. With this next round coming the end of this month I did not want to end up like others where you had no control. Found a new job pays better and all that jazz. But I leave on my terms not Hertz. Feels a huge weight lifted. Excited to tell my VP tomorrow 2 weeks notice!

Learn Spanish and get that raise. Don't give up! Rosetta stone and in 3 months you will be speaking it and enjoying some margaritas and tacos with a raise. Used to think like you don't blame no one. You have the potential apply the discipline and start a new chapter in your life.
