So how’s the troops enjoying the whacked out new OT Salesforce?
Apart from being unable to quote easily or quickly, needing multiple approvals for list price quotes, an inability to intelligently search for products, processing orders literally like pulling teeth and the data being FUBAR if you are authorised to view it. On a sales tool that we never train people on that’s the backbone of a sales organisation.

CRM here. We are overwhelmed. Supporting 70 plans is way too much. My friend at Voya who is in a similar role has 36 plans. Plus, they have a CRM assistant. We have nothing like that & need it. No wonder the company can't retain clients. Many of us are fed up. Our leadership is out of touch & checked out. Leaders only pay lip service to our needs.
is there any fued between these two teams?
They always push each others work and delay the work for other teams?

I'm a prior employee and loved everything but the burnout that came with my role (inbound sales), and feeling stagnant and overlooked when trying to move to non phones roles after being in one for years..
