Why does a degree matter so much?
Why does a degree matter so much? Many of our degreed RMs and upper echelon aren't great at what they do. Some of the best leaders in our company don't have a degree.
Is there anything good about Follett?
Honestly. I am trying to stay positive. RM panders to the campus and barely even speaks to us, let alone has our backs. Campus sees us as servants on par with janitorial services. Is it the same where you are?
