Wrong info, all home office salaried employees. Booyaa
Bonuses are for Retail managers and above. Not all home office managers.
The ivory tower will be celebrating while identifying the next benefits to cut.

Good post @NAkXhB6-3chv
This shouldn't melt down into a salary v hourly contest.
Hey salaried idiot! follett changed the classification of many workers from salary to hourly. It was a pay cut. Responsibilities didn't change, but pay was cut.
Hey hourly idiot, you saw them cut schedules so they didn't have to pay out benefits. You saw follett move others to hourly (from salary). Why did you think you were exceptional? You work very hard, but so did many of the others who were run out of this business.
We should be focusing on management. They decide who is cut, who gets bonus (they always bonus, don't they). They risk little and reap whatever reward results of our work. We should stick together. .
I usually don't say anything on here, but that is the dumbest thing ever. I was salary and have worked my a-- off the last 13 years to get back the trust of the school. I worked many hours throughout the years, taking work home, starting early, staying late all to now become hourly, no frickin bonus and Knowing if I leave, my boss knows barely anything about text. She will be gone soon after of frustration. I have also traveled to numerous other schools often to help out along with doing some of their work from my store. So how you can go shooting off your mouth when you have no idea what the hell your talking about. This company use to be a great company to work for and has now turned to sh--!. There are numerous of us who have worked their a-- off for years and have now had their bonuses taken away and also no raises for 3 years.
Sorry the bonus is only for Home Office associates manager level and above. Hourly associates get nothing.
Is there a guaranteed bonus for salaried employees? That would be great, as I am salary. Hourly employees are not the only workhorses of this company. There are many salaried employees who work their arses off, work very long hours, and not had raises in many years. If you get a bonus, it is because you met the almost impossible numbers set before you.
Hourly, you have the option to walk out the door at the end of your shift and not think about work, salaried people, not so fortunate. I know people like to bash managers, rm's, and gvp's on this page, if you think they don't work hard, get lots of perks, bonus, pto, why don't you become one? If you are not striving for promotion, and you stay and b--ch, it is because you are lazy, not driven, will always be an hourly employee, or can't find something better.
Guaranteed is what I think you meant to type. Sad you are bonus eligible and the hourly people are NOT getting raises, you know the "work horses" of the company. Enjoy!!
