I lost faith in my company, B.S. And J.C when they promoted B.B to our GVP. He is a joke and always has been.
I guess we don't have any.....

The GVP is a phony.
Everyone was excited and expected great things from her when she created and led the Operations team. When she saw it failing she jumped to CM and immediately started pointing fingers at the team she had created. She's a great talker, but JH is just interested in JH.
If JH is deserving of the position then I hope she does great things. Only time will tell if what the higher ups said during the conference about where the company is headed...i have a job and that's all that matters to me at the moment. I may have a sh--ty boss who could care less about his employees but I do enjoy my job...
She's passionate because she is making bank. 6 figure salaries and bonuses nearing that generate a lot of passion. I cant believe anyone in the field buys into this anymore. What does it take for you to realize words don't pay your bills, and decreasing benefits and bonuses are for you, not them.
It was very positive. A decent first step into reversing some of the damage of the last few years. SVP JH was impressive and passionate for the job. It is nice to see someone smart promoted from within to senior leadership! We need more of that and fewer empty suits. Could have gone without some of the time wasting and silly novelties.
