Is going to be hot in Berkeley !!!!! The future of fintech changes in 2022. Let’s do this !!!! #fiservproud
The grass is much greener
Life outside Fiserv is amazing. In the last month, I've realized once again that meetings can be short and on topic, all managers don't have to be bad people who work against their employees instead of with them, people actually do get promoted based... — read more
Still planning layoffs?
This is surprising. Given the mass exodus of talent(I hear more people leaving every day) are they are still planning Q2 layoffs? And I heard that every new headcount needs to be filled in NJ so uncle Frank can make his promised number. Continuing... — read more
Clover
Heard the clover commercial driving today. It legit made me proud
Ex-employees back as Contractors?
Anyone aware of any ex-employees invited back as contractors, hearing some chatter around that but no names.
If Fiserv continues like this...
The situation is not good at all. Is there any estimate of how many customers has Fiserv lost so far? If the leadership continues to run the company like this, I'm afraid this company will run out of customers.
It's not even RTO
I see many posts commenting that most are leaving due to RTO, but that's not even it. There were plenty of reasons to leave Fiserv long before RTO became a thing. That might have been the last straw for many, but it's certainly not the only or the... — read more
Fiserv exec shares his views on women in tech
Remember, the engineers are the "boys in Sunnyvale". https://twitter.com/FiservMisogyny/status/1375644807494725634 He's still here, but his boss went to Western Union.
SpaceX, Microsoft, Canva and Fiserv
lol. LMAO
Appreciate the opportunity
We have the opportunity to create the best fintech on the planet. The future is Zelle and clover. Some legacy businesses are slowing but so what, come help out the growth areas. We can win this thing !!!!
Has anybody attempted to take stress leave?
Were you laughed at or did you manage to get time off?
Toxicity - Meetings with HR
In my career I have never heard of people managers threatening, or arranging, so many meetings with HR before. As well as managers telling employees that if they do not like it, there is the door. This tells Frank wants to change the culture at... — read more
"One Fiserv" nonsense
Leadership simultaneously says "One Fiserv" while also forcibly shoving the "OFS" and "OFD" acronyms down our throats. In reality, the company should be called "First Data" since we are repeatedly punished with outdated/broken FD tooling. No... — read more
Employee Appreciation Day (First Friday of March)
Really Frank, Todd - you send out an Employee Appreciation Day email late morning early/early afternoon. It's already Saturday for our FGS folks in India. A little late for them and for us in the states. Something like this should have gone out no... — read more
Clearly
Denis O’Leary was holding you all back. Nothing but sunny skies ahead now !!!!
I expect to have a new manager soon
This manager has been here for two months and it's already a little strange, considering he's a good manager and Fiserv doesn't seem to want good managers here. I can't even remember all the managers who changed in a very short time. Why is that... — read more
Doomsday, Pack It In boys and girls.
Fiserv, Inc. (NASDAQ: FISV), a leading global provider of payments and financial services technology, today announced that its Board of Directors elected Frank Bisignano, President and Chief Executive Officer and a current director of Fiserv, as... — read more
I could deal with more work
It's not ideal, but I can't afford to lose my job right now for medical reasons so I don't mind doing extra. What I do mind is being assigned more work that I've never done before, I've never been trained on how to do, and then being expected to just... — read more
It's all about control
Anyone else find it puzzling that big companies had record profits in 2021 while working from home and are now forcing employees back to the office "to be more productive?" Maybe it's about control and not productivity. A comment by Dan Price... — read more

Promotions
Many people in IT (OFD) have noticed that there haven't been any internal promotions for several years except at the Director/VP Level. People have been sitting at Application Developer for years and have never moved up. There has been no movement... — read more
Constant underestimation of employees
What I have noticed is that managers here either have very unrealistic expectations of employees who are incompetent and unable to respond to such requests, or, as in my case, completely underestimate their employees. I decided to leave because the... — read more
It'll be five years since I joined Fiserv next week
Not once did this place change for the better. It didn't even stay the same, it just keeps getting worse and worse. Those of you who are hoping to see things improve will be waiting for a long time. I've accepted that for now, the pay I receive is... — read more
Sobering thought
If fiserv stock simply tracked as it did under Jeff, it’d be at $175 now. Even baking in the pandemic. I’m not great at math but $97 is pretty far away from $175. Maybe we drove off the wrong people

“No one wants to work” is not true
I don't know how and when it happened, but I have a feeling that most companies suddenly take the position that "no one wants to work" anymore. Does it seem to you too? We want to work, but we don't want to work in companies where we are not... — read more
Funny
It’s going to be hugely funny when Frank has to break down and offer full time remote while people moved to New Jersey. Where they will work remote
Did things get out of control for them?
I really wouldn’t like that to be true, but everything that happens in this company suggests that leadership is losing control in a subtle way? They seem completely lost to me, that is, as if they don't even know where they are going with this... — read more
2.5% raise! Nice
Ok lets just be conservative and say inflation was 7%, that means I am getting a -4.5% paycut for more work and more annoying requirements. #FISVPROUD
Frank playing favorites?
I'm a manager and was preparing to hold my employee compensation meetings last week when I got a last-minute email out of the blue stating that a few of my employees were selected for special RSU benefits. I cannot for the life of me figure out why... — read more
Could a new CEO fix things?
None of us are fans of Frank for a million good reasons, but I think too many people are focusing on just him when it comes to the state of the company. Do you honestly think that changing a CEO is all it would take to bring Fiserv back on the right... — read more
Flexible work arrangements
Word on the street is that Frankie is more open to flexible and remote working arrangements. Can anyone confirm?
Bob fudging the numbers
It's a pity watching a once-great company buckle at the foundation due to corrupt leadership.
Don't give Jeff a pass
Let us not give Mr. Yabuki a free pass on this one people. Yes, the company was more employee friendly, was better towards customers and better overall during his tenure. However, he made the choice to jump ship along with his monumental golden... — read more
Last 20 posts not one about layoffs…

55+ hours a week
I'm too tired. Perhaps someone here works even more than 55 hours a week? Fiserv has become an unbearable workplace that drains all energy from its employees. Nothing will change for the better for me if I don’t leave, I know.
The Great Resignation
Everyone is bailing out by choosing to resign or early retire, most because of the RTO. GBS is being wiped out in bunches at a time. Frankserv has ruined the company. Next I hear they are ordering statues of Frank for every building entrance, you... — read more
Being deported because of Fiserv
Fiserv messed up my H1B filing. I'm now out-of-status and facing deportation. Has this happened to anyone else?
Lincoln location in shambles
The Lincoln buildings are in disrepair - crackling/broken Muzak speakers, bugs crawling on walls, shipping lady running the entire building, managers leaving, etc... when will it end, Frank? Shameful regime.
Stinky JSOC
I arrived at work around 6 AM and my badge did not work, even though a mass-emailing said all the badges were reactivated for my location. I called JSOC and they told me to wait for the front desk staff to arrive. What an incompetent bunch.
