I ask this because I’m not. I have never been more worried about getting laid off in my career, yet I can’t force myself to actively start looking, much less applying. The same situation is with two of my friends from my team.
Are other people active on the job market, or has the bad atmosphere put them to sleep too?

Start looking NOW.
Do not wait until you’re living on unemployment.
There are very few people left at Fiserv who could easily find another job that paid as well.
They are gutting and cutting. Run away from that ‘fin tech’ dumpster fire
The ones I know who haven't been told they are at risk yet, are definitely looking... If you hadn't noticed, people are running for it, I see names dropping daily. Good idea to update your resume and online presence...
If you don't switch to another job, Fiserv will lay you off eventually. Maybe not this round, maybe not the next round, but eventually it will be your round to be laid off.
Due to the current climate at the company, I am actively applying in case of a layoff. Try not to be discouraged, there are plenty of jobs out there that are better than this sh-t ho-e
