A lot of institutional knowledge has been lost

When I compare this now with Fiserv as it used to be, I realize with sadness how many of our best and most capable employees went to competitors, taking much of our institutional knowledge with them. I am quite shocked when I see who has replaced... — read more

Let’s cut positions that generate money.

Another round of layoffs impacting multiple areas. Many of which have absolutely no where for the work to go. It will fall thru the cracks and slow down sales and drive clients away. I can’t even slightly wrap may brain around the logic in this. — read more

If FB still worships Jaime Dimon…

Don’t see FBs wfh views changing anytime soon given this recent Jamie Dimon quote: "It doesn't work for younger kids in apprenticeships. It doesn't really work for creativity and spontaneity. It doesn't really work for management teams. There are... — read more

What do people think about BentoBox?

I haven't heard of any major layoffs on the BentoBox side so far, though it does seem like plenty of people are jumping ship. I am curious what other people think of BentoBox and Restaurant Solutions.

A question of loyalty

I must admit that I was very surprised when I found out that my colleague got a great offer but decided to stay here. Can't help but wonder why people continue to remain loyal to Fiserv? After all, I feel no loyalty to this company at all.

Reputation - nobody cares about that anymore

Judging by the pitiful looks on people's faces when I tell them I work here, the reputation Fiserv has in the industry right now is very bad. How do our competitors see us? I can't believe that the leadership doesn't care about the company's... — read more

Anyone reapply after layoff?

I am sure people are thinking "Why the heck would I want to come back to Fiserv with the current culture after they just laid me off?" But that is exactly why I am asking the question? If you did reapply for say another position, what was your... — read more

More Layoffs

I know two people laid off today. 2 week notice and full severance per the policy. There was an earlier post by someone who did not get severance after 12 years. Wonder what the real reason was for that.

Issues are piling up

Given that the issues are just piling up here, what can we conclude except that the surveys do not have any special purpose when it comes to improving the environment here? So why do we still waste time on them?

Changes to the RTO policy?

If FB cares about the low scores he will undoubtedly receive from the "Your Voice" surveys, maybe he will soften his stance on the current RTO policy! Hey, at least I can dream!!! NONE of the OFS people in the Bkfld building want to go to the new... — read more

Are new cuts really needed?

If this is the only way for Fiserv to make numbers, then there is no longer any hope that the company will improve.

CEO Approval (or in this case, Disapproval)

According to Glassdoor the average CEO approval rating is 67%. The top 100 CEOs of large companies are all in the 90% range. Frank is currently sitting at 41%, based on thousands of reviews. How anyone can believe this guy is a capable leader... — read more

Laid off today

Well, there goes 12 years of loyalty. I also got no severance so foe those thinking a severance package is guaranteed, think again.

I haven’t heard of any layoffs during the end of June, are these still occurring?

Promotional increases

Someone mentioned it in one of the posts below and so now I'm wondering what percentage of all promotions that happen are actually without increases. Any guesses? My friend left not long after he was promoted precisely because he was only given... — read more

Stock Engineering

I don’t know a single Fiserv employee who owns this piece of sh-t. Frank spent 18 months of his life to engineer the stock and move FISV to a friendlier exchange where all his market makers buddies are located. Just to increase his net worth! The... — read more

“I’m not technical”? - in a FinTech company?

You will never feel safer under this regime
