New hires are sitting at tables because there are no desks left. If you decide to relocate there I hope you enjoy sitting literally elbow to elbow with your colleagues.

Are other forced to office locations having issue with lack of parking and well planning?
Capacity only works if employees were allowed to work from home 2,3 days a week. No way this works if everyone has to come 4-5 days a week.
Place has turned into a complete disaster already, no available desks, shuttles running from train stations and other companies parking lots. Bathrooms are disgusting, zero amenities and a cafeteria that can’t keep up with the amount of people being stuffed into the building.
Sounds like lots of sickness on the horizon… how awful
Superspreader demands by clueless Sr mgmt shows their concern for associates health and well-being. Hmmmm "What a country".
Next to easy the no seating, your manager will be setting your hours, teams will now work around the clock and weekends before Fire Marshall Bill walks through the buildings...
Last fire drill in BH it took very long to get out the building. If a real emergency broke out it would be horrific I imagine.
Yet, Coral Springs campus is at half capacity, if that. They just moved all of Clover Financial and BillPay call teams to bldg 1 with the rest of the call center.
We still don't know who is going to fill the vacated seats in bldg 2. Not to mention, the place is falling apart and we were told months ago renovations were to begin. Still nothing done except painting two walls in bldg 1 from FD blue to Fiserv orange.
Sounds like time for a fire department walk through. Anonymous tip?
Hagerstown also does not have adequate seating. After being promised “We will never go back to full RTO because we share seats now” - well that promise is broken and now on a daily basis many associates deal with added stress and efficiency loss due to lack of seating.
Sounds dangerous, like if a fire broke out, would people get out safely or be trampled to death. Might want to check in the max occupancy.
It's not just at Berkely Heights. Disks crammed together at Alpharetta and other locations.
They will be eliminating the partitions in the stalls next to add more toilets and have better collaboration opportunities
Sounds like the same story in Lincoln. The building being remodeled for all these new folks isn’t ready so they are shoving people wherever they can find space.
Hot racking
Next we are going to find out that the Maximum Occupancy is less than the goal number of employees.
That's all part of the collaboration and working together process. Elbow to elbow...as a team! OneFiserv they use to call it..
