Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Lying machine hard at work

You only see this tactic at concentration camps in wars or in police departments cross the country:

  1. John Gibbons stating 70% willing to visit the site.
  1. But the actual numbers who signed up for the “visit” is 10%

He is playing with your emotions. Mark my word, out of the 10%, 8% wanting a free trip and 3 days vacation. We have been so distracted. Anyone working and helping the customer?

Our BU saw 2 relocate, they are not thrilled with Lincoln office. They are still in essence remote with their team but now from an office. Or cube. But there is no additional collaboration yet. And certainly npt a COE, yet

very simple. You can't trust anyone in our leadership. They are either lying because they're drinking FB cool aid from a fire hose, ignorant or simply protecting their own jobs. With Harley gone, our leadership is looking more and more like the "Good Fellas" movie.

Heh. I had to chuckle at the "willing to visit" comment.

Many years ago, I worked for a company that offered relocation from the local office to one about four hours away. A bunch of us took the offer to visit the other location, because they paid for meals, mileage, time, a night's lodging, and food. Oh, and we could bring a spouse/friend. When it came time to take the offer, only one out of the entire office of 90(ish) did so.

The stock is kept artificially inflated because they have repurchased over 30 million shares for on average $115 each (so that is 3.5 Billion worth in the last 6 months) - they also have already authorized the repurchase of 70 mil shares (over 10% of the outstanding shares)

Long story short - the stock price is a horrible indicator of how well the company is doing. Look at revenue and you will see it is essentially flat - so that leaves them only with belt tightening as the only short-term option.

Yeah they are thinking that you don't have eyes and brain. On other hands are they somehow criminally liable if the statement is wrong and they are spreading their propaganda? No they are not!

I don't know what game they are playing. The only site available to visit is Milwaukee. Everything is is either blocked from signing up or pausing sign-up. More of a sign to leave this place

The stock seems to be artificially propped up. Drops to 114 and then goes up to 121. Then it goes down again but never passing the 125 mark.

Preventing a stock from tanking somehow?

Only a matter of time now before the firing squad shows up and starts blasting.

The stock should reflect this and trade at $50 or below.
