We were told about a 5% decrease in staffing within CCO. Multiple peers laid off even some at 15 years with company. Assuming this is bc call center LOBs moving to Vender sites.

So how long will it take to move all equipment out of there? Will it take more than 18 months? My bet is YES!!!
