Go to the bathroom a few times a day and it adds up on the tracker. This is ridiculous. I shouldn't have to tell anyone I needed to change my tamp-n or I have IBS and that's why butt not in seat for 25 min over the day.

If you're let go while on an ADA/FMLA accommodation call an employment attorney. Chances are good you can get a better severance package, or possibly sue the h3ll out of them.
Maybe frank will spring for those 5 gallon bucket toilets for camping at each cube to replace your chair.
Bring your laptop to the toilet so sapience doesnt say you are not working and you get RIFd
I sh-t my brains out everyday. Never been questioned. It’s honestly on Fiserv because that’s what I eat
IBS is a choice.
@rvh+1vNrVPzg: I had an ADA-approved condition. Filed all the paperwork early in the year. Was granted “reasonable accommodation” and was allowed to work from home. I was still cut in November because they said they’re getting rid of all “remote workers”.
The ADA accommodations mean nothing to them.
Send your VP a stool sample and the used tamp-n
If you have IBS and it’s a real thing that a doctor has diagnosed that’s covered under an ADA accommodation and you could get a wfh accommodation. I’ve had an employee in the past that went that route.
Frank would tell you to get a diaper
I feel you. I have IBS too and was thinking the same thing.
